The brief
Clients recently acquired a 100m2 apartment that demanded an urgent and comprehensive renovation. The primary challenge I faced was the incredibly tight deadline, as the family planned to move in within a mere two months. To overcome the limited local availability of furniture and materials, a significant part of our role involved organizing the importation of the necessary goods. Concurrently, I took on the responsibility of closely coordinating with the construction team, overseeing all aspects of the renovation process. This ensured that while I managed the project's intricacies, the clients could focus on preparing for their family's upcoming move, confident in my ability to deliver within the constrained timeline while upholding high standards of quality.

Meeting the brief
Besides the tight deadline clients expressed a strong preference for a modern coastal interior design, emphasizing natural accents and earthy tones. Understanding their remote work needs, it was crucial to integrate a dedicated workspace suitable for both individuals. To efficiently utilize the available space, a segment of the living area was transformed into a multifunctional storage room. This room, though compact, effectively accommodates a small wardrobe, a washing machine, and various sports equipment, addressing the clients' storage requirements. Additionally, recognizing the importance of maximizing every available space, the area under the stairs was creatively repurposed. This space now serves a dual purpose: it functions as a discreet storage area and a dedicated eating spot for the family's cat.
